A New Reality

Ordinary reality

walks down well-beaten paths

But now a new reality calls on us

to carve out different avenues

through the secret pathways

of our mind

IT'S IMPORTANT TO KEEP our spiritual boundaries strong and this involves an ongoing congruence with our essential values and protecting ourself from mindless distractions.

We choose what we allow into our mind.

This is strengthened through meditation and a strong focus on our path forward.

Taking great care with whom we choose as our confidantes.

Some may not understand what we’ve been through, or our spiritual path, but this is not for them to say.

When we don’t keep these important boundaries we allow chaos into our world, but if we maintain inner peace and keep a cool head we can keep to our path of spiritual freedom.
